| Dosage | Zoledronic Acid 4 mg is given as a 4 mg IV infusion over at least 15 minutes, typically once every 3–4 weeks for bone metastasis and multiple myeloma. For hypercalcemia of malignancy, a single 4 mg IV dose may be repeated after 7 days if needed. Adjust dose in patients with renal impairment and ensure adequate hydration before infusion. |
