1. Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL):Acalabrutinib is used alone or in combination with other medications to treat adults with CLL, a slow-growing type of leukemia that affects B cells.
2. Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL):Used in the treatment of SLL, which is closely related to CLL but primarily affects lymph nodes.
